Android Apps More Preferred Than Mobile Web Sites According to Nielsen
A recent study from Nielsen showed that an average Android user in USA spends more time using mobile apps than surfing mobile Web sites. The research was done using Nielsen’s Smartphone Analytics installed on Android and iOS smartphones.
In the chart above, Android users spend 56 minutes in an average day surfing the Web and using Android apps. 66.67% of that amount of time is spent using mobile apps while 33.33% is spent using mobile Web sites.
