14 January 2018 Manila, Philippines – Black Arrow Express, last mile and consumer delivery firm under total logistics provider AAI, today announced its two way partnership with Dragonpay, an online payment platform that allows consumers to conveniently pay for the service in-app.
“This partnership brings two strong players and two key drivers in the eCommerce industry together — Dragonpay, with their expertise in the local financial technology space, and Black Arrow Express, with our logistics legacy through our parent company, the AAI group,” says Allan Brizuela, President of Black Arrow Express. “We are committed to further empowering individuals and SMEs, after recently completing over 15 million COD shipments over the last 2 years,” adds Brizuela.

The two way partnership focuses on Dragonpay as another payment option of Black Arrow Express, and Black Arrow Express as the express logistics and COD partner of Dragonpay, recognizing that COD & express door-to-door service as the next logical evolution to their service offering.
