Acer has won the ‘Customer Service of the Year 2015’ award in France in the ‘IT’ category for the second consecutive year. The award was presented to Acer at an award ceremony in Paris.
The annual award program is hosted by the Viséo Conseil, a consulting firm that specializes in customer relationship management, and awards firms in thirty-four categories. The evaluations of the candidates were conducted by anonymous judges over a ten week period. They factored in 3,150 criteria such as friendliness, quality of service, personalization, quality of responses, and focused on four main channels including call centers, websites, email support and social media.
In recent years, Acer France has taken extra efforts to offer the best customer service from product to after-sales support. Today Acer is one of only a handful of companies that maintains its own repair center in France, a 5000 M² facility in Angers with an internal call center staffed with fully trained employees.
