Updated Cloudfone Philippines Office Address 51


I purchased a Cloudfone Thrill 430X from MemoXpress at the beginning of this month and I was so excited because of its 3-day battery life claim. Being a heavy mobile internet user, my previous smartphone (an HTC Desire S) would usually have its battery drained after half a day use.

My excitement bubble was popped for a short while upon learning that the Thrill 430X unit I bought was still on Ice Cream Sandwich instead of Jelly Bean which posters displayed. So I had to visit the Cloudfone Philippines main office and service center located at Paseo de Magallanes.

So I went there and had my Cloudfone Thrill 430X upgraded to Jelly Bean for free. I have been to Paseo de Magallanes before because located in that same area was the Canon service center which I have visited before. But on my way to the Cloudfone main office/ service center, I tried to search for the exact office address of Cloudfone Philippines and had a hard time getting the correct information from google search results.

I literally tried to search using different keyword combinations like “cloudfone philippines paseo de magallanes”, “cloudfone sevice center magallanes” but I had to filter through all the search results… Until, I used “cloudfone paseo service” and ran a search at via google.com.ph, only then did I really find the result I really needed. I did that all on my way to the service center a couple of weeks ago.

So, ran the same search tonight but this time, the link of the result I was looking for was already deleted. The search result was actually a comment from the Cloudfone offical FB page by the Cloudfone administrator (see screenshot below). When I clicked the link to the result, the comment or conversation has already been deleted. Good thing the page was still cached by Google.

Don’t bother looking at the Cloudfone Philippines website because it’s still not updated as I was writing this. They even haven’t informed their customers that Citylight Telecom Centers are not official service centers of Cloudfone units anymore but their addresses are still on their website.

So from all these, I found the updated and complete office address of Cloudfone Philippines and their office contact number. And here they are below:

    Hi! I have been calling their office contact number for an hour from 9am-10am and still no one was answering the phone. I was very frustrated, my phone got broken and I had just bought it in less than a week. I hope they got a better service by just answering the phone.

    Thank you very much for this write-up! I’ve been looking for a contact number of Cloudfone, because the item I bought, which is Excite 450Q is defective.

    I bought it at first at Office Warehouse where I bought the phone, timely a representative of Cloudfone is in thus I was directed to him instead. He told me that there are no more service centers on any malls indicated on their websites. I felt so let down and disappointed by hearing that.

    Furthermore, their head office is open from Monday to Friday only, from 9AM to 5PM. Damn! I can’t visit them at those time without doing work leave.

    Enough of rants, I’m here to extend my gratitude. 😉

    We rought the unit to the new service center at Oakridge Plaza and told me that after lunch the unit ICE 350E will be repaired but due to so many our of waiting we decided to go home since we are from Imus,Cavite and since Dec. 9,2013 they have not contacted us even though we are trying to call the number 632-621-26-36 but for the whole day nobody answers, please improve your services and make follow up for your clients, our contact numbers are 632-9273091557 and 046-4849159, please make some improvement regarding your services.

    my 470q brand new phone broke after a month-long use (weak phone), brought it to SM Novaliches Cloudfone Service Center, after a month of waiting (poor service), i was informed that they’ll be replacing it with a 502q….. unfortunately til the moment (more than 2 months had passed) no replacement was given…. grrr…. (liars)… i was compelled to bring the matter to NTC…

    advice???? never buy cloudfones!!!!

    Right. After sales sucks! numbers given above are not answered. Why even bother to give them out. like handing out a false sense of security. 2nd time my unit needed repair. first time only after a day of use. this time, for a nonresponsive board. Tama ka carol! great advice! never buy cloudfones!!!!

    SM NOVA also promise me to replace the tablet of my son. Looking forward na totoo nga. Pinarepair ko last May 18, til now wala pa daw replacement battery. As turnaround daw nila papalitan daw unit since mag 3 months. Waiting until bukas pag wala pa din maganda sagot….ay duh!

    Good day!

    June 14, 2014 I asked my brother to sent my phone at your SM Hypermart Lopez Paranaque Store to check what is the problem of my unit since it’s not starting / opening. Your agent advise my brother to follow up after 2 to 3 weeks but they asked him to signed a documents without explaining anything. They informed my brothery that since my unit is under repair he had to signed that document without giving any copy of that document.

    After three (3) weeks we keep on follow up about the status of my phone but they did not know what the result of their checked up. Your agent is SM Hypermart Lopez Branch gave us cellphone number of your service center but Mr. Pauie (After Sales / 0916-2770270) always saying that the parts was not yet arrived.

    After 2 ½ months I decided to pull out the unit but they advise us that we need to pay diagnosis fee amounting to Peso150.00. What is the use of “Under Warranty” if I have to pay that fee without showing any service report from your service center… I went personally to the store again to follow up the status of my phone and to pull out it but they are insisting that I have to pay that diagnosis fee without showing service report. I was very disappointed about how they handle customer complaint and on how they handle about the service. I asked your agent to gave me the phone numbers of a person to whom I should talked or file a complaint but the person I talked is useless.

    When I called up Mr. Pauie the first thing he said to me is the unit was pulled out because its customer request. As I said I decided to pull out the unit since its almost 3 months but the unit is still not repair. After I talked to them that is the only time Mr. Pauie told me that my lcd was broken. I am just wondering why now they tell me what is the real problem of my unit after how many months on keep on following up. They asked me to request your store to bring the unit again to your service center and they will repair it and I have to pay Peso990.00 for that repair. I have no choice so I requested them to repair. I asked them to give discount after the hassle that they gave to me and knowing that they can communicate with the customer and they can repair my unit. Last night I received a text from your agent that my unit is already repaired. Wow its very fast after I make a complaint but a simple request of giving me a discount they cannot give after the hassle that they gave to me.

    I hope that this complaint will give a result. I was tired of keep on posting a complaint on your website.

    ang pangit ng service nyo. sabi nung lalaki don sa service center nila sa Paseo de Magallanes, Makati City. ang pangalan nya michael soplado. 15 days daw akong magaantay para sa approval ng aking cellphone para mapalitan. after 15days bumalik ako. ito naman si miss Eva saka lang ginawa yung request. HAY NAKU AYUSIN nyo mga trabaho nyo jan. mag aantay nanaman ako ng 15days… mga tinamaan kayo ng LINTIK… alam nyo naman na napakahalaga ng gamit na yan, lalo na kung ginagamit ko sa paghahanap buhay yan… ang nakakainis pa dito tinatawagan sila sa CP hindi nila sinasagot, pagpapatayan ka pa. kahit sa text hindi sila sumasagot… kahit manlang sana magtext para alam ng costumer kung anu ng ang status…
    Mga kapatid, kapuso, kapamilya, mura ang unit nila kaya lang mabagal ang serbisyo nila… nakakawalang gana bumili sa inyo…

    So poor ng service, dinala ko ung unit ko sa SM Nova Service Center nung Dec para ihabol sa warranty, nilists ung unit, dahil wala pa dw parts pinauwi muna sakin nung babae (NIAN), nung January nagtext siya na dalhin ko na daw ung unit kasi my parts na.. dinala ko, nung dinala ko wala man lang silang binigay na claim stub, ung lalaki nman ung nagreceive, balikan ko daw after a month, follow up daw ako thru cellphone number, tinatawagan ko cannot be reach na, nagtatanong ako ng number ng head office sa mga banch sa SM wala dw contact number, hindi daw pwedeng ibigay, bakit kaya hindi? bumalik ako after a month February, andun pa din ung unit, nagtatanong sila sakin ng claim stub wala nmn clang binigay, wala pa daw parts kaya mag follow up na lang daw ako ulit, 3 to 5 months daw,, so naghintay ako.. ngayong April nagtatanong ako anon g update, nasa head office daw ung unit for validation kung replacement or repair lang,, and it takes another 2 months daw ulit, tapos nagtatanong ulit ako ng contact number at complete address ng head office hindi sumasagot, anong klaseng service meron ang CLOUDFONE? Walang kwenta.. poor service! Sa dame ng nagrereklamo sa kanila kaya ganyan, pinapabayaan na lang nila ung mga unit gang sa makalimutan na lang ng owner, wala na atang pag-asa sa inyo.. nagbabayad yung mga owner na naka plan tapos wala silang nagagamit na unit, para san sila nagbabayad? Tinatambak lang sa mga service centers ang mga unit, ipapadala lang pag sinipag! Walangh kwenta!

    Sa lahat po nang nagpapagawa ng cellphone sa cloudfone na walang kwenta na matagal na sa seevice centre.lahat po tayo mag reklamo sa dti para mapalitan ang unit natin.masyadong matagal ang serbesyo nila at walang kwentang kausap.

    I have had the same problem. I was unable to find cloudfone’s repair service through google. I’ve asked a lot of people and response are different. Wasted money going to addresses I’ve tried to visit but got nothing. I’ve even asked a cloudfone store rep and the said location was even incorrect. Due to busy schedule, it’s warranty got over due without even seeing any cloudfone service center. I am actually wondering why Globe partnered with you guys. Your phone sucks and your service is fucking bullshit. I’m not buying anything from you people. You don’t walk your talk! I am now using Nokia phone and I love it.

    magtatanong lang po sana ako kng ano po ang gagawin ko sa cloudfone ice 402eko po. kasi itong phone nato binili ko lang noong january this year. kanina lang po nung chinarge ko na po yung phone ko bigla lang pong pumiti yung screen at na off na yung phone. i tried it several times na i open hanggang sa open n po cya ulit pro mga 10 minutes lang po na off ulit yung phoe hanggang sa hindi n cya mag on kahit i charge ko po nang ilang minuto pag i on ko yung phone hindi n talaga mag on.

    I am very disappoint when I was buy a brand new Cloudpad 700QTV last July 5, 2015 at metroV in KCC MALL of Gensan. The Unit is defective. The sad thing is of this is they don’t have a complete information about their store policy about changing the item into a new one and they do not check their unit to sale if it is in a good condition. Later they said that it was our problem to go to their service center without considering that we are faraway from their service center in gensan. I buy that unit because I need to use it.

    July 27 still nothing happen. Poor service center .

    june 12, 2015 dinala ko yung fone ko na excite 502q sa service center sa bacoor cavite dahil walang mas malapit dito sa laguna, june 16,2015 nagtext ang isang no. na sinasabi na kailangan daw dalhin na sa main office yung unit ko.. mag follow up daw ako after 6 weeks, today is july 30, 2015.. i tried na mag follow up nung july 23, dun sa no. na nagtext sakin na dadalhin na yung fone ko sa main office.. yon din yung no. na nakasulat sa papel (claiming stub) na binigay saken sa bacoor, pero palaging ang naririnig ko sa kabilang line is ” your subscriber cannot be reach” ilang beses ako tumawag ganon palagi, kaya ang ginawa ko kinuha ko sa internet ang landline ng cloudfone sa bacoor pero ring lang ng ring walang sumasagot nakailang tawag din ako.. paulit ulit pero wala!!!! then i tried again today.. ganon na naman paulit ulit sa dalawang no. na alam ko na contact sa kanila.. di agad ako makapunta sa bacoor kasi malayo, gusto ko muna sana makasiguro na ok na yung unit ko pagpunta ko kasi di din naman biro ang gastos sa pamasahe kung magpapabalikbalik ako.!! pero wala man lang sumasagot.. pano ko malalaman kung ok na yung unit ko?? e pati yung binigay nila na no. e cannot be reach nga palagi.. SERVICE CENTER sila diba pero ANG PANET NG SERBISYO.. SINABI PA NA PWEDE AKO MAG FOLLOW UP???KANINO? EH WALA NGA MATINONG CONTACT SA KANILA..     Poor service..10months for waiting..wlang napala… sira dw mader bord… replacement dw..change management….ngayun…mghintay nanaman ako nang 3weeks para daw sa pirma..after 3weeks d pa sur kung ano na…mg wait pa sa head office dw..my god!anong klasing service center ito…bakit ganun ka bagal ang service nyo…grabi 10 months…kung buntis yang fon ko …..e d…nag giv birth na yan..very..very…very..pooooooor service!

    10 months waiting for pending replacement CLOUDFONE Geo400 unit

    My daughter bought Geo400 unit worth php4000 at SM dasma last oct2014. after 2 months while unit is under warranty, it suddenly auto shut-off & can no longer restart. As per advised of SM Dasma branch, we need to bring the defective unit at your service center located at SM Bacoor branch for repair/replacement since it is under warranty.

    It was Dec 7, 2014 where unit were book in at your office, hoping for your immediate action to address our concern since it’s almost brand new. There were so many follow-ups made through visits, phone calls and text messages. As always, the reply of your staff was “unit is not yet repaired”, “still waiting for parts”, “waiting for replacement unit due to obsolete model”, so many alibis to mention. The unit was remained pending at Makati Office for more than 10 months now. Your company had frequently change assigned staff at your service center but unfortunately, customer complaints on product returns were remained unattended. It just dumped off to accumulate more & more.

    Last August, your new staff told us, they will prioritize our complaint, we just need wait for another 2 weeks. When we came back, she said patiently wait for another 2 weeks since they will replace with it a higher model, brand new – it will be by end of August then.

    When we came back early Sept, another new staff talked to us & advise us to wait for another 2 weeks again, so we came home with nothing. We came back Sept 1, just like with previous visit, we don’t receive any. He said, we will report this matter to his supervisor so we can receive the new unit before Sept end.

    Today is Oct 10, there were so many follow-ups made since last week of Sept, but our complaint remained unsolved. Until it had reached my patience to an end, 10 months of waiting is over.

    Today, I will formally report this issue to DTI Office for not addressing our concern as your buyer. I am now demanding for full refund of cash payment paid to damaged unit since it was not used as it should be and/or replacement of unit where market value is higher than Php4,000.

    Unfortunately, your company merely focus on sales, as long as you can get money from buyers – that’s all. After sales service is very poor, almost no attention were given on all defective units.

    I bought cloudfone 501O last June 2015.after 1 month the headset socket of the unit was not working I brought to service center at 3/f mango square your authorized service center she’s promise 1st or 2nd week on this month October I will get the unit back but until now nothing. I went to service center few minutes ago she told me 2nd week on November again..I’m very confused u did not told the customer directly what is the problem?we have to need more months to wait?I need the unit na.. it’s a long time to wait it’s almost 3months..it’s very hassle for me coz I dont have enough time to monitor that I’m very busy person..you can decide naman ciguro to replace the unit..it’s unfear to my side it’s very short time was use the unit and then now you give feedback its very bad..pls reply this.I’m not contented talaga..

    I would like to ask regarding the service warranty.I had a cloudefone 504D which i bought here in Guihulngan City James Innovation Branch.I was able to returned to them after 6 months sense it has a faulty system(malfunction).I waited 3 months and until now the lady from the store keep asking me to contact their service technician . Then i was able to call and text and luckily i received a message that my phone is still on the cloudefone office.AFTER 5 WEEKS , I go back to the store and chat with the lady telling me again that I will be calling them again although i keep loading on my old phone then giving them a contact with no response at all. I think Cloudfone has an Abundantly poor service.Please do something since I need information with my phone where it is right now? WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH THE CLOUDFONE BUSINESS. CAN ANY-ONE TELL ME WHO IS THE MANAGER UNDER SERVICE TECH SUPPORT AND WHY IT WILL TAKE TOO LONG TO REPAIR IT.HOW MANY PHONE DOES YOUR TECHNICIAN REPAIRS IN A DAY!!!!!!!!!! .I know the fact that it is on the policy that it will take 3 month to have it again but now it is almost 4 MONTHS that I DON’T HAVE A PROPER PHONE.
